Heather Sanchez
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner
Heather has advanced training from UCLA, the Functional Medicine Academy, the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
She specializes in root-cause healing, with a focus on gut health, detox, hormones, and nutrient optimization. Heather supports clients with IBS, PCOS, menopause, low T, fertility, weight loss, and more—using functional lab testing and personalized, natural therapies.
Having worked in both hospitals and outpatient clinics, Heather witnessed the limitations of conventional medicine — where symptoms are managed, but healing is rarely achieved. Her approach is different. She believes the body is designed to heal — it just needs the right support.
Heather combines functional lab testing, personalized care plans, and evidence-based natural therapies to help you feel your best — from the inside out.
